A Day of Mindfulness was a brilliant exploration of the mental exercise necessary for a more meaningful and complete approach to competitive running and triathlons. I wish I had taken this course years ago, but I’m so glad I have taken it now at least. Never too late to change. I find myself using the skills I learned in this course every day.
